Li-Da Huang, Ph.D.
Execution & Technology
Dr. Huang received his Ph.D. degree in computer sciences from the University of Texas, Austin. Dr. Huang’s research includes neural sciences, artificial intelligence, circuit design, design automation, computer vision, and signal processing. He has published more than 30 papers and patents. Several papers are regarded as pioneer work in Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT), EEG study for Photo-Bio-Modulation(PBM), design for manufacturing in OPC-friendly routing, antenna effects in routing, and redundant via insertion (which was nominated as the most influential paper in the past decade in ASPDAC 2015). He is also the founder and CEO of Calex Tech Inc. and the president of the Foot Pain Relief Store LLC that focuses on orthotic solutions and gait analysis for medical and professional athletic cases. Recently he has been focusing on brain modeling, cognitive function enhancement, aging processes, and bio-modulation. He is a member of Upsilon-Pi-Epsilon, the international honor society for the computing and information disciplines.
Kailin Wang, Ph.D.
Marketing & Business Development
Dr. Wang is a unique blend of engineering and psychology. Before receiving her Ph.D. degree in Psychology, she had received a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, and worked in Silicon Valley since 1998 across various job functions including software development, technical marketing, sales enablement, and business development. Since 2012 she has been working on organizational consulting for leadership coaching and people analytics research. She is passionate about helping people develop mentally and cognitively, and improving their life and social quality. She facilitates such changes utilizing various methods and tools. Dr. Wang has many professional certificates in the industry and is the founder and executive director of several not-for-profit organizations in California.

Jonathan Dippert
Managing Director, Adaptara Advisors
Jonathan brings a keen interest in math and neuroscience studying both as an undergraduate at the University of Michigan. Jonathan also brings business operating and service design experience from having started and operated two businesses, later merging with a company in the IT industry which is now a leading global IT Managed Services Provider. He was CTO of the Chasm Group a Silicon Valley business strategy firm. Jonathan has completed coursework at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology earning the MIT Sloan Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE). Jonathan has a keen interest in using technology and advancements in neuroscience to gain insights into improving cognitive function and reducing neurodegenerative decline.

Tsuang-Wei, Huang, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Utah
Dr. Huang received his PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (EC) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). He builds software and computer systems from the ground up and has extensive interests in high-performance computing, programming models, operating systems, artificial intelligence, and design automation. He has published more than 40 technology research papers and patents. He created many successful open-source research projects, such as OpenTimer, DtCraft, and Cpp-Taskflow, that are being used by many industrial and academic tools. Dr. Huang received the second place in ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) Student Research Competition Grand Final across all computer science subjects. He is also the recipient of the Endowed Graduate Research Award in the ECE Department of UIUC.

Sheldon Jordan, MD
Dr. Jordan is a board certified neurologist, considered a top doctor by Best Doctors in America, Who’s Who, Global Edition, and Super Doctors. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology, American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology, American Board of Addiction Medicine, and the American Board of Interventional Pain Medicine. He was elected as Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and holds additional certifications from the American Society of Neuroimaging in Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Computed Tomography and Ultrasonography. In private practice in Westwood and Santa Monica since 1981, Dr. Jordon’s emphasis is on interventional pain management, neuroimaging, clinical neurophysiology and sports neurology. He has numerous publications based on his clinical experience and research in these areas. Dr. Jordan is a neurology consultant for the US Soccer Men’s and Women’s National Teams, Major League Soccer, professional boxing and the NBA. He has also served as a consultant for the State of California, Commission of Judicial Performance.
Lider Chan, DPT, MS
Dr. Lider Chan graduated from University of Southern California with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2004, after receiving his Master of Science degree in Biokinesiology in 2001. Dr. Chan offers a unique customized approach to help his patients by functional diagnostic evaluation with biomechanical analysis, integrated manual therapy, cutting edge physical therapy modalities, including advanced class IV PBM lasers, and tailor-made functional therapeutic exercise programs. He has advanced training and extensive experience in headache/migraine treatment, Orthopedic Manual Therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, thoracic outlet syndrome, sport injuries, and spinal radiculitis. He has served the community of the west Los Angeles Area since 2003 and has been partnered with the ULCA headache and migraine center, Cedars-Sinai spine center, and multiple thoracic outlet syndrome specialists.
Dr. Chan’s research interests are clinical biomechanics in shoulder rotator cuff injuries and adhesive capsulitis, patellofemoral pain in knee joint, and spine dysfunction pathologies. He has been a clinical specialist and researcher in photo-bio-modulation therapy since 2008. Dr. Chan is currently involved in many ongoing clinical studies with the application of photobiomodulation treatment on different pathologies, such as peripheral neuropathy, soft tissue and joint inflammatory conditions, and spinal radiculitis.
Ralph Harvey, MD
Dr. Harvey is a family medicine physician who partners with patients to help them achieve their health goals. He strives to go beyond traditional disease management and incorporate the most advanced information available to move toward health and wellness. He incorporates many of the concepts of functional and integrative medicine into his medical practice.
Michael Gismondi, LMHC
Mr. Gismondi is an internationally known practitioner and consultant in neurotherapy and EEG brainmapping. Over the last 20 years, he has had the most success with Traumatic Head Injury, Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, addictions, food and smoking cravings, and chronic pain, incorporating neurotherapy, functional medicine and holistic approaches.
Caleb Greer, FMP-C
Mr. Greer graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and Master’s degree in nursing for family nurse practitioner (FNP) at Morningside College in Iowa. He has helped hundreds of individuals across their lifespan to reintroduce and optimize function through a multidisciplinary approach that integrates neurology, psychology, epigenetics, nutrition, biomechanics, and medicine.

Courtney Alexander, Ph.D.
Clinical Specialist
Courtney received her Ph.D. degree in Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Texas, Austin. Her research includes various methods to alleviate neurodegeneration for better understanding crucial neuronal processes in Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurodegenerative diseases. She received her B.S. in Premedical Sciences from the University of Miami (FL) and M.S. degree in Psychological Sciences at Pacific University in Portland, Oregon. Her masters thesis focused on using functional MRI to evaluate brain activation during increasingly complex matrix reasoning in asymptomatic carriers of GRN mutations and their non-carrier family members.
Celeste Saucedo, Ph.D.
Clinical Specialist
Celeste received her Ph.D. degree in Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Texas at Austin. Her research involves the use of transcranial infrared laser stimulation for brain metabolic enhancement and improvement of cognitive function. Mainly, her research focuses on the implementation of this method as an intervention strategy in populations prone to cognitive decline. She received her B.S. in Psychology and minor in Biology from the University of North Texas. Her honors thesis investigated the detrimental effects of insufficient sleep on cognition, particularly the impact of changes in circadian rhythm on academic performance.
